14 Feb 2021

Valentine’s day is finally here, and we at MyeongDong Topokki would love to introduce you to some of romantic places in Seoul that you can hang out with your love ones or even your secret admirer.

We hope these places can be part of your travel destinations in the future!

Lotte World
If you enjoy theme park rides, you should never miss out Lotte World. Spend a day at Lotte World as you can enjoy numerous outdoor rides that makes your heartbeat race (best time to hug your partner tightly haha)! There are plenty photo spots that are PERFECT for couple shots, just simply whipped out a selfie stick or tripod and start creating memories.

N Seoul Tower
Enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire Seoul City from the observatory. N Seoul Tower is a hotspot among couples, and it became extremely famous for its “Locks of Love”. Thousands of padlocks are hung on the fence as a significant of an unbreakable bond in relationships. Namsan Cable Car is also situation at N Seoul Tower – an iconic filming site for the hit K-drama “Boys Over Flowers”.

Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain
There are over 20 bridges spanning Han River (a.k.a Hangang) in Seoul city, however Banpo Bridge stood out the most among all. The two-tiered bridge features the world’s longest bridge in the Guinness Book of World Records, also known as the Moonlight Rainbow Fountain. The reason why it is called “rainbow” is because hundreds of water jets are combined with multi-coloured lights along the bridge, creating an astonishing rainbow at night. Couples can have a stroll in the evening to late night at the nearby Banpo Hangang Park to enjoy the fountain shows.

While planning for your next overseas trip, you could take this opportunity to have some “we time” with your partner at home – binge watch K-dramas along with a K-food feast during this Valentine’s Day. 하트뿅뿅~
